I know this technically isn't an OWS thing but I thought there might be a way to use OWS to accomplish my goal.  I want to force a SaveAs when the user clicks a download link as opposed to the file opening in the web browser.

Anyone know of a way to do this with OWS?

Actually I think I got it to work using the file action with an outgoing respose and the mime type.  The problem I was having was I was trying to use ajax instead of a post back.
