The ELSE Condition Action provides extended conditional branching within your Actions, and must be used in combination with the If Condition, and must appear as the last logical condition within a branching structure which contains  Else If Conditions . Essentially, the Else condition is ALWAYS executed when its previous siblings have all returned false.
